Mental Health Counseling

We provide individual and group mental health counseling through face-to-face and virtual sessions. Services are trauma-informed and aligned with Ontario’s recovery-oriented and stepped-care models.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

We offer CBT in both in-person and virtual formats, using evidence-based approaches recognized by Ontario Health and Canadian clinical guidelines.

Develop practical coping strategies
Reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression
Improve emotional regulation and problem-solving skills

Addiction & Substance Use Support

Our addiction services are available in person and virtually, following harm-reduction and recovery-oriented principles.

Support may include:
Substance use assessment and goal-setting
Coping and relapse prevention strategies
Motivation and readiness for change
Coordination with Ontario-based addiction and community services

Psychosocial Rehabilitation

Psychosocial rehabilitation services support functional recovery and independence through flexible in-person or virtual programming.

Areas of focus include:
Daily living and self-management skills
Social and interpersonal development
Community integration
Education, employment, and life-goal support

Life Skills Training

Life skills training is offered in person and virtually, supporting individuals to develop practical skills for independent or supported living.

Training may include:
Personal care and self-care routines
Communication and social skills
Time management and organization
Stress management and coping strategies
Community navigation and participation

Support for Individuals with Developmental Delays

We provide individualized support for individuals with developmental delays or intellectual disabilities through in-person and virtual services, adapted to learning styles and abilities. Services emphasize dignity, independence, and community inclusion.

Virtual Services

Our virtual services make mental health support accessible wherever you are. Through secure video and phone sessions, clients can connect with qualified professionals for counseling, assessments, and ongoing care from the comfort and privacy of their own space. Virtual care offers flexible scheduling, reduced travel barriers, and the same compassionate, confidential support as in-person services—helping individuals stay connected to the care they need when they need it.
